45mm at the heal and a touch over 8". Handle is amber dyed Tiger Maple with iron wood ferrule and brass spacers. Stunning handle and very hard to let go. Very thin behind the edge with a nice taper. Has a bit of flex as I wanted the tip thin. Handle is a bit smaller than Butch's usual and feels great in the hand.
