F/S KU Zakuri 240mm AS Gyuto

Great knife, I just think I'm more of a Chinese cleaver kind of guy. Used for a month or so, sharpened once. Originally purchased from JKI in February. Like new condition. Blue super steel sharpens up great, and the kurouchi seems nicely non-reactive. Actual heel to tip is 243mm, height at the heel is 54mm.

Good luck on this. Zakuri makes a good knife. Out of curiosity, what cleavers do you like?

A bit off-topic, but what did you customize about it?

(GLWS btw!)

Zakuri is spoken for.

Re the Ashi, it was custom for mainaman and I got it second-hand from him:
http://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/showthread.php/1242-New-Cleaver-on-the-way

I think the two things he specified were- 1) Thinner than usual (it comes in around 400 grams rather than the usual 484 or so specified for their #6 cleavers), and 2) Distal taper.
Steel, heat treatment, rosewood handle all same-same.
