Maksim had Dan (Twistington) handle this gyuto in fiddleback koa with a single brass pin.

The SKD core steel takes and holds an edge well, and has developed a slight patina.

The edge measures 239 mm and it is 49 mm high at the heel.

$375 includes insured shipping to a US address and PayPal fees.







 
I have to admit I get excited any time I see a FS thread you start Pensacola. I can't afford anything you are selling, but there is no telling what beauty is about to come out of your collection.
