FS - Gesshin Heiji Semi Stainless Gyuto

Since it has been with me for a few weeks, I have clean it up a bit more, make shinogi line a lot more definitive, as well as thin and widen bevels. At the moment it is 230mm long along the edge, 45mm tall, and weights 208 gram. Saya has also been cleaned up and has a good friction fit.

I have already had a carbon Heiji gyuto, so not really need another Heiji Gyuto. I am asking for previous sale price 275US plus shipping. PM me if you would like to see more photos. Australian buyer, please do PM me, I will give a good deal.

You did some really nice work on that. But I am holding out on gyuto's at the moment. Good luck on the sale. It's a great buy after all the work that's gone into it.
