Anybody have any experience with this knife?

I have seen other 600 series (Morimoto?) knives. This one seems to use ZDP-189 steel, have a Damascus finish, and have a western handle.

Unfortunately, it is not available in the USA.

Was wondering if anyone has seen / used this knife in person, and what your thoughts are on it?

Yes I've used one they are good knives as all the miyabi's are. From what i can remember it held its edge for a very long time and was great to have a top Japanese blade powder steel with a big western handle.

I got mine from knives for chefs does not look like they have them on there site at the moment but they do sell them.
