Hi friends!

My name is Paulo Rocha and I'm retired and amateur knifemaker (I did not sell anything:angel2:).
I also love to make sushi at my house.
I joined the forum for information about Japanese kitchen knives.
 
Welcome! Love your country. Have been there a couple of times, with my good Brazilian friends here (whose respective families are from Nova Friburgo, just outside of Rio). Been to Amazon (staying at Ariau Amazon Towers, several years ago) twice; amazing!
