Hi, I'm Brent.

My wife and I enjoy making our own sushi and that is what started my interest in knives.

I bought a Sekizo Yanagiba to cut the fish and rolls. We have Pampered Chef knives for the most part.

I've learned a lot about steel since then and have started researching addition/replacement to our knives.

Anyway, hi and I hope I can learn enough to help others in the future.
