v2 core steel with stainless clad. I got this one a while back from Dardeau and it is a great knife. I am just not using it much. Before I picked it up, it had been thinned but had a lot of scratches from the thinning and the edge was pretty dull. I have cleaned it up a lot and it has been sharpened by Dave Martell to a nice clean edge. It has a chestnut handle and with buffalo horn. Which was an upgrade. You can see a small chip in the buffalo horn in a couple of the shots. Great performer and light at 194 grams. $160 shipped Cont US with original box

This was a fun knife, it just got edged out of the rotation. I hope the next owner enjoys it!
