A Damascus line knife blade and gyuto both 210mm, some of the new parings I'm working on, out of thinner stock with a different grind, and a few santokus.

Thanks,

Del, those Damascus look stunning. Just out of curiosity, got any 240's coming in your best future?

I have not made one for a bit, so I just might do that. I am currently mixing about half of my time with back orders and new stuff.

Thanks for the compliments, the gyuto is going to Mark Farley.

Are your line knives and gyutos more laser-ish or work horse style blades?

Thanks del. Ill keep your larger blades in mind for when I want a work horse at the end of the year.

Here are 4 of my latest paring knives. The grind has been changed to eliminate the "bolster" and the stock I made them from is thinner, they are about .070" on the spine or 1.75mm, thinner by almost 1mm than my previous paring knives.
The handles are
blue dyed curly maple
maple burl
purple dyed curly maple
two-tone silky oak
Price $120 shipped
international customers please contact me for a price with shipping.
Thanks,
Del

The silky oak is sold and all sold knives are shipped.
Del

The purple one and the Damascus one are still available

I wonder how that gyuto blade would look with a curly koa handle?
The patterns wouldn't match but I would bet it would be a cool contrast.
......just sayin.

It's awesome, but you will have to show us. I was so eager to get it off to you that I forgot to snap a pic.
Don't forget to check your mail on Monday.

Now we are really in trouble.
You know I have a talent for taking bad photos of great knives.
Thank You Delbert. I am really excited about this knife.

I just got back from the post office where this was waiting for me.
Beautiful Knife Del. Thank You!

Don't be fooled by the bad photo. This knife looks great.

Got my paring knife today Del and I really like the thinner stock and plunge line. This could be my new best helper. Thanks Man!! Any plans for a 240 gyuto with that setup?
