I've notices that most of my stones that I use a lot are thicker on one side compared to another. Forming a slope. I guess I did not rotate them enough.
Even tho the surface of the stone is flat, I am kinda concerned that one side dishes faster then another. Is this something I should be worried about? Will this affect sharpening? Should I just rotate the stones 180degree so make other side dish faster until it evens?
