Continuing with clearing out some of my knives. Up on offer next is an excellent condition Heiji Swedish carbon 240mm gyuto: 247mm edge, 50mm tall, 244g light. Spine and choil are polished and rounded. Behind the edge and tip are very thin. And it has a pronounced distal taper, something along the line of, on the spine, 5.5mm at the handle, 4.5mm at the heel, and about 1.5mm where shinogi line meets the spine.
