FS Shigefusa Kitaeji 240mm Gyuto, Stefan Handle

I picked this up recently and it's an awesome knife, but I have an appetite for Western Shigs and I'm looking to grab Antonios.

This knife has been thinned & etched by Dave and his rehab of it can be seen in this threadhttp://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/sh...mance-Package)

Asking $975 shipped to the US

    Thanks for looking

Thanks Huw, and thanks KKF, I just received the knife. I's just a beautiful in person as the picture. Dave did a fantastic job of thinning and etching too!
