Best non slip shoes?

Hey I just got a job (horray!) and I need advice on what's good quality and comfortable. I'm already at Walmart and I'm just going to pick up boots because it was short notice and I start tomorrow, thankfully I have insoles. But what's your recommendation? Thanks in advance

New Balance, non slip soles, custom orthotic inserts..... First time in forty years my feet don't hurt while working.
