US netflix in Canada?

Guys, I has a program/app on my computer, which allowed me to view the US version of netflix. Some how, its now gone, and I cant remember what it was. It was free. Doing a search now, all I can seem to find, are "pay" options. Anybody here able to steer me in the right direction?
 
I should maybe elaborate.

Hola is a VPN which comes in the form of a plug-in for your browser. You can also change the country on the fly in case you need to either turn it off or browse from somewhere other than the US.
