I've been using my Anova 1 as my "miracle machine" for cheap cuts of meat.

My wife threw a 'Hen Party' last weekend. I cooked Country Style Beef Ribs for 48 hours, then seared with butter and fresh thyme. These were cut into sashimi styled slices and served as part of a "crostini buffet" with chimichurri, a horseradish and shallot creme fraiche, caramelized onions, and lightly seared mini tomatoes as topping possibilities.

Yea. This amateur is having fun. There were NO leftovers.

Nice one Brian. So far ribs have been my favorite thing in my Anova.

Will do.

Cut me a little slack on the meat presentation. I had the attendees of the wife's "Hen Party" waiting and was trying to meet demand. LOL!!!
