Hello Knife Knerds and others!
I was paging through the current Bon Appetit magazine (Aug 2014) and saw a purty knife in the article called Summer Casual. As best I can tell the picture is on page 60. The knife has a pretty handle appears to be a 225-240 mm gyuto. The mark on the blade looks like two B's though they are mirror images of each other. It looks very familiar and I poked around on the internet but not enough to identify the knife.
I'm just curious and I'm very sure that 20 people here will laugh derisively and promptly ID this knife in 2 seconds flat!!
