My name is Seth. Work at a food truck here in Normal, IL. We do a lot of different dishes, and try to show off a little culinary flare with each one. Been in the kitchen more and more, and have subsequently got more and more into knives.

Currently have a Sakai Yusuke Sujihiki and a Zakuri Super Blue gyuto.
