Carter KU Suji and Kono ZDP

Cleaning out a few more knives to make room for some new things.

Up first a 280mm carter KU suji with D-shaped Stefan handle. This knife has seen minimal use, and now that i'
ve hung up the chef coat for a while it needs to go to someone who will use it. This is truly a beautiful knife, one of you will truly enjoy it. I'm looking for $575 OBO shipped CONUS.

Second knife is a 240mm Konosuke gyouto in zdp-189 steel. This is one of the thinnest,lightest sharpest blades that i have used. Turns out that i just like carbon a whole lot more so it never gets used. This knife is practically new, I've used it a few times but it's been a while. A knife this nice really deserves daily use. For this one I'm looking for $650 OBO shipped CONUS
