For sale DT ITK 240mm Gyuto in AEB-L. Measures approximately 250mm from heel to tip and height at the heel is around 53mm. The knife is from the batch of 240's from last year. It is in like new condition and has only been used to make a few cuts when i first received the knife. It was not my intention to sell but circumstances dictate otherwise. $510 via paypal which includes insured shipping within CONUS.
