It's time to get back into the fold

Hi, I grew up using Sabatier Elephant **** in the 70s. Collected knives for a while in the early 80s, watched many disappear after a dozen years in the army. Forgot about the simpler joys in life such as sharpening and cooking. Last year the cooking returned full swing and this year will be the return to sharpening. The Sabatiers are now in my possession as well as other decent knives although nothing to ooh and ahh at. I post at chowhound but have only lurked on various knife and razor forums. Speaking of razors I do shave with a Rolls. My stones I used years ago are long gone so time for new ones a little at a time. Eventually some Japanese knives to go in the collection too.
