Butch Harner 240mm Wa chefs knife, CPM154 steel, Excellent retention and Edge capabilities. 65mm Heel height - yes its tall. African Blackwood ferrule and Curly Koa handle. A couple minor service/saya scuffs easily polished out, Solid Tiger maple saya. Its been touched up from 1200+ a few times in the last 6 months or so. Got a few things in the works so need to move some others on... Amazing cutter and good looking to say the least, the 3D figure in the koa is unlike any other I've seen. I just have too many 240s...
