For sale is two thiers issard 4 star elephant sabatier nongents.
10" (250mm) chefs knife & 6" (150mm) petty.
I'm the first owner of these and have used them pretty lightly, sharpened a few times.
I've rounded the spines, reduced the bolsters & put a coat of oil on the handles. They are good to go and great fun if you love vintage knives
They have a natural blue patina. there are a few marks I didn't polish out properly where I reduced the bolster, wasn't concerned about them but it's an easy fix if you are.
To save on shipping these are only available as a package deal, I'm including a 10" ceramic rod with leather sheath also.
