It has arrived!!
This thing is NOT A TOY!! It's every bit as overbuilt as the Anova One and then some. It's simple, easy to configure and read from a distance. It's also QUIET. It makes far less noise than the Anova One (which is quiet). This is impressive considering it's flow rate is more than double.
I'm currently timing the Anova One bringing 4.5 gallons of water from 23.5C to 62.5C vs the Pro doing the same with 12 gallons. The One is getting it done faster, but is in a container with a more advantageous shape.
