Hello from New York!

Hi everyone,
I just joined and am looking forward to learning and contributing what I can. I am a hobbyist knifemaker now and have made a couple of sets of kitchen knives along with a range of other types. I hope to learn from everyone how kitchen knives are used by people more advanced in their culinary skills than me! Just a hobby for me know as I run a small product design consultancy by day, but some day I may start making custom knives for sale.

Haha! Too funny right? Planning to keep my day job to make the money and make knives to escape from my day job! Nothing kills a great hobby like trying to make money doing it!:wink:
