Looking for my sous. I'd like to find one of this stainless numbers, but it's not a deal breaker otherwise.
I'd also like to keep it at $250 (or less).

Another option would be one of this Sakai Yusuke flat profile 240's. If I still had mine I'd just pass it along, but....
 
Thank you to those who sent me and my sous chef their offerings. He, after seeing the Itinomonn, decided to go with that instead.

I'd like to reopen this search, but for myself, not my sous. I've always wanted to try a KS but always went with something else instead.
