Which gyuto would you pick and why?

Looking to get a gyuto and have narrowed it down to these 3. I'd like some feedback from forum members. I've held all 3 and just am curious what others think.
1. Zakuri blue #1
2. Gesshin Uraku
3. Masahiro vc

I'm leaning towards the zakuri or masahiro for the carbon. I'm new to sharpening but looking for something easy to fix up on a stone and keeps a sharp edge. I also like forcing a patina on either and have no problem keeping it clean.

Gesshin uraku is available in carbon also.

I would first talk to Jon as that could help to pick the best candidate. I had a brief experience with Zakuri - not the best F&F, but the steel and geometry was great (it was not a gyuto though).

I would pick the Gesshin Uraku. I bought one as apresent and it was a great success. It felt nice when I played with it
