So far I have been using a cooler and a large stock pot for my Sous Vide recipes and while it is great at helping maintain heat it's too big/ tall. I saw the thread mentioning Cambro containers and started looking at them on Amazon, but the size and shape possibilities are overwhelming me. I like the idea of drilling out the lid with a hole saw for my Anova to fit in thinking it will help maintain the temp.

So I wanted to know what sizes people are using most often.

Thanks!

The 12 qt is the size I use most of the time. Clear, polycarbsomething. I have a few and SV, marinade, brine, ice bath, etc in them. Just get 1 extra lid to cut hole. When I last ordered they were significantly cheaper from Webrestaurant or Wassertom than from Amazon. Pick Cambro or Carlise early in the buy process - inexplicably the lids do not interchange.:spankarse:
