I have a 240 HHH gyuto in aebl from randys christmas run last winter. This is a beautiful knife but I just dont reach for this as much as my kochi or konosuke. Has been sharpened twice starting from 1k stone and touched up numerously with jks 3k. Still has original grind and bevel . Typical scratch marks close to bevel but can be polished out with jnats.

I would rather do a trade for a carbon 270 suji , 210 gyuto, or 180 deba. Open to pretty much all profiles but strictly only carbon ! Thanks for your time.
