Hi all, I am vey much looking forward to learn, trade and eventually contribute...this looks like a great place.
While my collection is modest and biased towards rustic knives (Fujiwara, Masakage, Murata) it reflects what I like about my tools, I have been in the home kitchen since the age of ten when I started helping around and using good old Sabatiers.
