First up is an 8.5" Shun Fuji that has been thinned and re-etched. Very nice convex accentuated more through thinning.

Mrmnm and I both have the 6" kramer Meiji and agree it's a wonderful knife. That's going to sell in seconds. Kills me not to buy it, some of you may know I'm into knife pairs.

I don't like shuns at all, I don't know why? But fuji is there best knife I'm, nice profile and steel

If it were the 10"version of the Fuji, it wouldn't be for sell. It cuts just about as well as most of my knives, I just don't find myself reaching for gyutos less than 240 anymore. KKF has changed me

Some info on the Kramer- Cocobolo handle, blade is stainless with SG-2 powered steel core. Spine and choil well rounded. Comes in original box.
