First up is an 8.5" Shun Fuji that has been thinned and re-etched. Very nice convex accentuated more through thinning.
$275 including PayPal and shipping ConUS

Next is a Shun Bob Kramer 8"also thinned and re-etched. Through thinning there is now some convex which gives some great food release.
$275 including PayPal and shipping ConUS

Overseas not a problem, just a bit more for shipping

I don't like shuns at all, I don't know why? But fuji is there best knife I'm, nice profile and steel

If it were the 10"version of the Fuji, it wouldn't be for sell. It cuts just about as well as most of my knives, I just don't find myself reaching for gyutos less than 240 anymore. KKF has changed me ;)

Shun Fuji sold.

Some info on the Kramer- Cocobolo handle, blade is stainless with SG-2 powered steel core. Spine and choil well rounded. Comes in original box.

I would have loved if this one came North a couple weeks ago... ;)

Sold to the new guy who managed to pm with only one post!
His first post being for this knife!
Welcome aboard lukoma66!

Congrats. I think perhaps the best in the Shun Kramer series. You did a great job on those Marc.
