Western chef in copper and maple burl

some integrals we just finished up. The suji is 300mm, pecan and antler, the deep German chef is black-dyed maple burl and pecan. The paring is spalted maple burl

The last two are a pecan handled cleaver and a simple utility with burnt American chestnut wood.

Fantastic stuff. I would love to have that cleaver! I always get in too late for the newsletter sale. That's what happens being half a world away. I always wake up to them already sold :(

These are all customs or sold except for the 300mm sujihiki with the antler and pecan handle which will show up on our next newsletter email. Thanks for asking!
