Hey folks, I wanted to let everyone know(everyone that doesn't check all the subforums, anyways) that I just finished up the first edition of the kitchen knife glossary. I really want everyone's help bulking it out and making sure it's as exhaustive as possible, so check it out, and if you find something missing, leave a comment and I'll post a new edition from time to time. Ok, Dave or Jim will post it, but that's neither here nor there.:razz:
