Rehandled thinned Forgecraft 10 in chef.

Item: 10 inch rehandled Forgecraft chef knife. The blade has been thinned out quite a bit. Performance is quite nice. I can't remember exactly what the handle wood is but dyed maple comes to mind. The spacers are tastefully done in red and black and the whole thing is held together with some beautiful brass pinning. There is some very minor pitting visible on the backside near the spine but I couldn't really get a good pic of it.
