Pref stainless/semi stainless/clad. I'm in the UK.
 
I should clarify: Misono, Suisin, Itinimonn, Glestain, Takeda clad, Konosuke, Ginga type stuff. Japanese. Anyone?
 
OK, some specifics: a Misono 270 Molybdenum w/dimples and a Masahiro MVH 240 Gyuto for example would be great.
 
Konosuke HD, ginga, suisin etc, must be something!
