Wow, those new prices! Glad I bought all of mine a few years ago. I know others have told me on this website that $350 is not that much for a good knife but most of my Takedas were more like $125-$150. Same with my Carters. I'm not ready for the new world of kitchen cutlery I guess.
Looks like he's selling naturals online as well....

You can write your congressman. It's his/her fault, not a lot to do with kitchen knives.
