James Martin's knife

This is probably of more interest to UK-based KKFers but I've been wondering what knife James Martin has been using in his Home Comforts show for a while and saw the associated book (link below) recently. There's a good shot of the knife on the front cover and I'm now certain it's a Mr Itou santoku (that handle is pretty distinctive).
