Up for sale is my relatively new Kato workhorse from Maxim. I have the weight at 243g--it's of the thinner most recent series. Price is $450 conus. The catch is the chip in the heel. It could easily be sharpened out but imo it would be an unnecessary waste of steel. If it doesn't sell, then I will sharpen it and relist.

Cheers

Bump...same price, fixed heel, new (cell phone) pics. If you'd like other/better pics shoot me a pm.

Alright, this knife has remained on the market too long for my liking. Inspired by 420layersofdank I'm lowering the price on this one to $420 shipped/insured conus (will work with international but shipping may be high) to the first taker. Since removing the chip in the heel I've used the knife and it cuts just as it did prior to the fix. I paid right at $500 new for this knife less than two months ago, so think this to be a sweet deal--again, this is one of the newer style Kato workhorses with the thinner geometry.

The workhorse is a stupendous knife. Maxim has a great description on his website, and I'm certain it has been reviewed extensively here. Whoever buys this (especially at the price) will be lucky.
