These are up for sale VERY reluctantly I will miss them all greatly but they don't get enough use anymore to warrant keeping them and I need money for renovations

Misono Swedish Sujihiki 270 Custom handle $200

This has been used very lightly in a pro enviroment, the handle is tasmanian birds eye myrtle burl with stainess pins and navy fiber spacers.





kochi migaki 240 gyuto $220

This has been used in a pro enviroment for about 6 months. There is roughly 1mm gone from the height at heel but its been thinned recently to compensate.



Konosuke hd2 240 gyuto custom handle $210

This one has been used very lightly at home. The handle is red mallee burl with ebony, white and red fiber spacers.

While The patina on that Misono is pretty cool, that Kochi tempts me quite a bit... But I must resist!!!

Buy the Kochi. I have the KU and it is wonderful. This one looks great.
