Kanetsune KC912

Hi again,

I think the knife bug just bit me again. After buying the Zwilling Kramer Carbon steel, now I am looking at a Kanetsune 210 gyuto model kc912. Just wondering anybody here got any experience with the knife? The spec on the site is very limited. All i know that it is a 45 layer damascus blade. Any more info is appreciated. Thanks

That's basically an OEM knife you can find under many names. JCK, Yoshihiro, Korin, and many others have it. They're pretty solid for what they are, but what they are is not focused on performance as much as aesthetics.

Also, careful not to go to kc912 dot com in your research! Definitely not safe for work
