I've had this knife a couple weeks and love ALMOST everything about it. Thin, light, nimble, very little flex, even I can get it stupid sharp. But the carbon. I've got a few single purpose carbon knives but prefer stainless and stainless clad for multi-taskers. I did want to try it and that box is now checked.
