Hi Pierre, I also have an issue with a lack of communication and my numerous emails allegedly going to your spam folder or the ongoing computer issues, I have also moved on from needing a blade from you, I paid a deposit of $325 on June 19 2013, with no disrespect I would also like my deposit refunded so I can pursue other ways to spend my money, I appreciate that you are busy but 12 months was the original lead time and that time frame has well and truly elapsed.
