Does anyone have a Jambalaya recipe they would like to share? I've never made it (from Washington St), but living in Austin, TX there are a couple cajun places around that make some I like. I'd like to try to make it at home. Plus, I think my 3 year old would like it (as long as it wasn't to spicy).
