Earlier, I stumbled across an older Takohiki up for sale but can't figure out the maker. The Kanji looked vaguely familiar, maybe, but after googling images to try and find a match I'm still not sure.
Wondering if anybody can chime in and name the maker here? Any help much appreciated!

It says "Iseya Toku__." Sorry I can't read the last kanji.
