I especially liked knowing that the angle can be no more than 40 degrees (20 per side...) and:
"Knife blades with cutting edges shall have a hardness not less than 52 HRc for knives with
type A edges and not less than 48 HRc for knives with type B edges when tested in
accordance with 1S0 6508:1986."
