    That three sided thing is in my kitchen too. Used to sharpen flat head screw drives, bench scrapers and grill spats

    The "cleaver" video is my favorite. Watching her attack those crab legs is priceless. I love the internet so much.

    Yeah, she's one of the classic, all-time great knuckle-heads.-easily makes my top 3 list. I laughed and cringe everytime I see that "cleaver"
    video.... her total seriousness and slow build up makes the "impact" so much funnier.

    I'd forgotten all about the sharpening video. 45deg per side huh? -I guess a 90deg primary bevel is a good idea when you use your nakiri "cleaver" to tomahawk chop crab claws and frozen turkeys. Oh if only she offered live Skype classes like Jon....
