    I can't compliment on his knife skills... But geez, even if that was a factory overgrind, how many of us would actually send a knife out looking like that? I know I would not, and I don't charge people to sharpen like this guy does, which "should" make him feel more responsibility for the obvious lack of QC,

    he shoulda tried fixing that overgrind before sending it out.

    I started to ask if that looked like it was done with an EP or a WEP system. The bevel doesn't look free handed to me, and that would make sense why the overgrind came out so noticeably.

    It was done with a belt sander.

    I think those pictures speak more to the quality of the grind of the knife than to the skill of the sharpener (not to make assumptions about his skills one way or another). That said, watching his video I kept thinking he was going to take his thumb off.
