Right up to the end I kept waiting for the punch line......and sadly, there was none.

All I needed is for someone to strap me to a chair, pry open my eye lids a la Clockwork Orange and that would be the perfect torture video for anyone who loves food and cooking. The fact he was talking about kids when he was consummating things with those loaves almost made me call the cops.

Just to clarify something for you guys, Sean did the grind on these knives as well as the sharpening. From what I gathered from the other forum's thread leading up to the release of these knives, they were being shipped from the maker to Sean, who was doing the final grind and sharpening himself. That's partly why they took so long to get to market.

I bought a 52100 version when they first came out. So many things wrong with it, including the grind and the sharpening (which was one of the worst sharpening jobs I've ever seen - those guys in vans with grinders do a better job), I sent it back. If it was a $100 maybe I could see it, but not for a $200 knife. I have nothing against Sean personally.
