    After making a few videos, many of which were done in an altered state of mind, I make it a point not to comment on videos. (Personally speaking, unless you've posted one yourself you should watch one's tongue)

    But

    I've never seen a cook with such fat pasty, pristine hands.

    And I would never ever let him come close to butchering my meat.

    Nothing personal to whoever dude is. (Madison area I'm guessing. Not many hard-cores out there)

    I'm thinking these videos are geared to the home cook who thinks if you're wearing an apron you know what you're doing.
