    Buffalo fish aren't carp. While I heard of them when I was growing up in the mid-west, I've never caught or eaten one. Maybe his methods are the best way to approach the job, I wouldn't know. Has anyone else here had experience with this species of fish?

    I would like to see how a Japanese would approach this fish.
    And I was thinking, why not just use a chainsaw?
