    1. Menstrual cups are awesome. No garbage generated, no risk of TSS or bleach, it doesn't absorb moisture and change the vaginal pH...they really are great.

    2. Cuisine to go with real dreads? Jerk Chicken and Red Stripe. White folk dreads? Nutritional yeast coated Kale Chips and Kombucha.

    I think demonstrating a skill on real knives is so much more impressive than on beaters, because beaters forgive mistakes.
